 More information about Deming, his theories and how they are affecting business today can be found at the W. Edwards Deming Institute's website. Some basic points about Deming, the PDCA cycle (check the green run on "Total Quality Control" for more on this) and his "14 Points of Management" can be found here. and here. A site through Clemson University also includes links to a condensed version of his "14 Points of Management", as well as some "Quality Quotes" of interest.
